Looking for best pork noodle aka Bak Chor Mee in Singapore?
Here there is Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle 大華豬肉粿條面

Visited this Michelin starred Bak Chor Mee during weekdays night time with friends impotenciastop.pt/.
We queue for about 30 minutes. Do expect long queue if you come during weekends.
The available price of noodle are $6, $8, and $10

I ordered the most famous dry version with spicy. I choose the $8 which is a medium portion as shown in the picture.
The pork noodle served with minced meat, pork wonton, pork liver, pork meatball, fried fish (炸扁鱼) and the most important thing the house chilies paste!
The noodle taste just nice with the chilies paste with every bite!
The spicy version actually not very spicy although it the chilies oil looks like very spicy for some people.
The pork liver is medium rare cooked which is just nice as well.
The dried fish is crispy and tasty.
The meatballs and wonton are just average taste as normal meatballs you can find.

We also ordered a bowl of meatballs as well.
The soup is so tasty. Very suitable for those who like pork taste soup.
My overall ratings for the dish:
Yes! it deserves one of the best Bak Chor Mee in Singapore.
