Pancake Boss!

1st post of the year with a belated visit to the Pancake Boss!

Located at a quiet corner at level 4 of Bugis Cube. Place was small, quiet and cosy.

The menu:

Ordered the half / half - boss / nutella ($10). Added on a special request to remove the cheese and was replaced with some peanuts instead.

Humongous pancake!

Thick, sweet, crispy, filling.

2 of us couldn’t finish, heard from the staff that the pancake is actually the main dish and one serving portion for the local Indonesians. I guess the portion would be just nice for 3 pax sharing.
