Tsuta Japanese Soba Noodles (Michelin star)

Dinner visit to Tsuta on a Saturday evening and there was a mini queue, waited for about 20 minutes!

We ordered the Ajitama Shoyu Soba ($16.80), not too bad mannligapotek.com. There was truffle being added as well and we preferred this over the miso soup base.
