1st time visit to Flipper’s Singapore. Made reservations via their online site and finally managed to get seats for a weekend brunch session!

Ordered the Kiseki Pancake Hazelnut Chocolate ($21.80++). A yummy dessert!

Ordered the Honey Chicken Soufflé Pancake ($22.80++).

And we topped up $6++ to complete the meal which comes with a soup of the day and a latte/ honey lemon tea:

Koko Yuzu Kukicha ($5.50++), would prefer a stronger fragrant smell though.

Verdict: The soufflé pancakes are so soft and fluffy, and will definitely revisit to try out other dishes!
