An indulgent late-afternoon dessert with BB: a s’mores waffle. 🧇😋
What we had:

This is the campfire classic turned into a cafe dessert, and it looked the part. A warm Belgian waffle, crisp-edged and fluffy, served as the base, ringed with big marshmallows torched until golden and slightly charred on the outside while staying soft and gooey within. In the middle, a scoop of ice cream crowned with whipped cream and a wedge of graham cracker standing up on top.
A drizzle of chocolate sauce ran over everything, with crumbled graham cracker scattered through for crunch and that honey-cinnamon note that makes a s’more a s’more. Every forkful gathers a different mix: crisp waffle, gooey marshmallow, cold ice cream, crunchy cracker, rich chocolate.
It is gloriously over the top and best shared, the kind of dessert you order when you want something fun and a bit decadent. The torched marshmallows were the highlight, that proper charred-outside, melty-inside thing.
Overall: 4.3 / 5. 😋👍🏼 A warm waffle loaded with torched marshmallows, ice cream and chocolate, all the fun of a s’more. Would re-order.
