What was on the buffet tour:
- Selfie with BB (top-left) — the obligatory celebration shot before the food parade started.
- Dessert flight — coffee tiramisu cup, layered chiffon cake slice with cherry-red dots, birthday chocolate cake with candle + happy birthday plate, macarons + chocolate eclairs with sauce.
- Roast meat platter (middle-left) — sliced roast meat with steamed vegetables medley (carrot + broccoli + cauliflower) and gravy boats.
- Roast duck / pork slices over cucumber with brown gravy.
- Laksa bowl with prawn — the proper coconut curry noodle.
- Lobster + prawns + lemon platter — the chilled seafood-on-ice section pick.
- Pink sauce pasta (penne in tomato cream) with mussels.
- Carbonara-style pasta with bacon + parmesan.
- Salmon steak — grilled pieces with marks.
