Black white chicken rice (黑白鸡饭) = the SG-Hainanese hawker order where you get both styles of chicken on one plate. 白 (white) = poached Hainanese steamed chicken, 黑 (black) = roast/soya-glazed chicken. The two-style combo is the kopitiam classic for indecisive eaters.
