Home version of dry mee siam — sambal-tamarind sauce + bee hoon stir-fry with the standard SG-Malay flavour. Tau pok + fishcake + egg = the protein loadout.

Overall: 4.3 / 5. Sambal-tamarind balance was right, generous toppings, hard-boiled egg added the protein anchor. Home lazy-cook win. 😋👍🏼
