- Coconut rice mound in centre.
- Sunny-side egg with runny yolk on top.
- Fried ikan kuning (yellow tail mackerel) at the back.
- Fried chicken wings.
- Fried fishcake chunks.
- Chicken cutlet strips at the bottom.
- Sambal chilli pile (right).
- Ikan bilis (anchovies) + peanuts.
- Cucumber slices garnish.
Heng Ong Huat (兴旺发) = “prosperity good luck” — auspicious chain name. Multiple Food Republic outlets. The set loads up the standard nasi lemak with EVERY protein option (wings + cutlet + ikan kuning + fishcake) for max-fill.
Overall: 4.2 / 5. Sambal had proper SG depth, coconut rice was fragrant, multiple proteins gave variety, runny yolk egg + cucumber balanced. Loaded nasi lemak win. 😋👍🏼
