The Singapore Shake Shack opened in April 2019 at Jewel Changi Airport — the first Southeast Asian outlet.

The Shake Shack opening at Jewel Changi was one of the most anticipated F&B launches of 2019. Massive queues formed across the first weeks, with diners waiting 1-3 hours for the first Singapore Shake Shack experience.

The Shack burger ($9.20) is the brand’s signature classic burger:

The Shack burger represents the proper smash-burger style. Different from the formed/grilled patties (which lean thicker), the smashed patty cooks faster + develops the proper crispy caramelised edges + the proper meat-to-bun ratio.

The Shroom burger ($10.80) is the vegetarian variant:

The Shroom burger is one of the rare vegetarian fast-food burgers that achieves the proper satisfaction without compromising on the experience. The melted cheese-filled mushroom interior + the crispy batter exterior + the standard burger toppings produces the proper burger sensory experience.

The fries ($4.50) are the brand’s iconic crinkle-cut potatoes:

The crinkle-cut format is the proper Shake Shack signature. Different from straight-cut fries (which are more common) or wedge fries (which are chunkier), the crinkle-cut gives the proper textural variation across each fry — more crispy edges + the iconic visual signature.
