Ice cream at Ice Edge!

What we had:

When you can’t decide, get a bit of everything, and that is exactly what we did. Ice Edge scoops its ice cream into little cups, and lining them all up made for a fun, colourful spread, each one a different flavour to dip into.
The mango was bright, fruity and tropical, just the thing for the weather. The chocolate was deep and rich, made even better with a snowy scoop of coconut alongside. The mint choc chip was the refreshing one, cool and minty with dark chocolate flecks running through it, and the strawberry was sweet and creamy. But the pistachio was my favourite: nutty, fragrant and not too sweet, the proper grown-up scoop.
Working our way around the cups, sharing spoonfuls and comparing, is the best way to eat ice cream. All the scoops were smooth and full of flavour, and it made a lovely, relaxed sweet ending.
Overall: 4.5 / 5. 😋👍🏼 A colourful spread of smooth, flavourful scoops, with the pistachio the pick. Would re-visit.
