This is the drink to order when you want something light rather than a heavy milk tea. The green tea base keeps it clean and slightly grassy, the pomelo adds a sweet-tart citrus lift (gentler and less bitter than grapefruit), and the honey rounds it all off so you don’t miss the sugar. Going 0% sugar with honey is a nice middle ground, sweet enough to be a treat without the sticky finish.
The fun part is the aloe vera sunk at the bottom: soft, slightly chewy jelly cubes you chase up the straw between sips, so the drink has a bit of texture to it. Less ice means more actual tea in the cup, which for $2.80 is good value.
Exactly the kind of light, citrusy cup for a warm afternoon.
