The Tuesday lunch is the small-energy mid-rotation meal of the week.
Hot rice base was the standard fluffy jasmine.
Fried egg was the M-style sunny-side.
Stir-fried vegetables today were cabbage shreds with carrot strips, smashed garlic and a splash of soy.
Pan-seared protein was a small portion of sausage rounds.
Chilli sauce on the side as always.
We sat at the kitchen counter, drank coffee from the V60, ate slow. The work-from-home Tuesday rhythm had become genuinely automatic.
