Godiva’s chocolate soft serve is the indulgent one, and it lives up to the name. Swirled high on a dark chocolate cone and finished with a glossy chocolate drizzle and a little Godiva chocolate square tucked in, it is properly rich, deep and bittersweet, tasting of real cocoa rather than just sweet.
The texture was thick and dense, slow to melt, with that almost fudgy chocolate intensity you would hope for from Godiva. The chocolate cone and the chocolate square mean it is chocolate from top to bottom, so it is one for serious chocolate lovers (which we are).
At full price the cones are a splurge, so the buy-one-get-second-half-off deal was the perfect excuse to get two and not share. A decadent little treat.
Overall: 4.5 / 5. 😋👍🏼 Rich, bittersweet Godiva chocolate soft serve, chocolate all the way down. Would re-order.
