Wednesday mid-week lunch at home with BB — back to the steady weekday plate after Tuesday’s Chope voucher dinner.

The Wednesday lunch sits at the mid-week peak of the work rotation.
Hot rice base was the standard fluffy jasmine.
Fried egg was the M-style sunny-side.
Stir-fried vegetables today were cabbage shreds with carrot strips, smashed garlic and a splash of soy.
Pan-seared protein was a small portion of sausage rounds.
Chilli sauce on the side as always.
