Ten Ten (天天) Otoko is the SG Japanese chain — sashimi-focused, donburi specialty, multiple outlets. Specialises in takeaway-friendly sashimi sets packaged in lidded plastic bowls (the V-day takeaway format here).

The bara chirashi vs chirashi don pair is the classic two-style comparison:

Each bowl carries 5+ types of fish/seafood — proper SG Japanese chain assortment. The prawn (amaebi) on the chirashi was the premium upgrade marker.

Wasabi cube + ikura roe on top = the SG Japanese standard finish — wasabi for the sharp nasal hit, ikura for the bursting roe pops.

Miso soup + watermelon as the takeaway sides = simple but complete. Watermelon as the palate cleanser is the SG-Japanese hawker tradition (most full Japanese restaurants serve a slice of melon as the end-of-meal sweet).
