What was in the takeaway box ($3.50):

• A folded scallion-flecked Taiwanese crepe (蛋餅) — thin, slightly chewy, with bits of green spring onion mixed into the flour batter.
• Wrapped inside: a flat savoury egg omelette layer.
• Generous layer of golden pork floss (rou song / 肉松) sandwiched in — sweet-savoury, fluffy.

Cut diagonally so the spiral of crepe-egg-floss showed in each piece. Three layers in one bite — wrap, egg, floss. The TW classic.

Total: $3.50. Heritage-breakfast pricing.

Overall: 4.4 / 5. Crepe was the right thickness — slightly chewy at the centre with crispy edges. Pork floss was generous. Cheap, fast, satisfying TW breakfast. 😍👍🏼
