Sunday's brunch by W — pork floss spaghetti at home!
Sunday brunch cooked by W — tomato spaghetti with mushrooms, spam and a generous topping of pork floss. Home-cooked comfort.
Sunday brunch by W — home-cooked spaghetti with a generous topping of pork floss. Simple, comforting, and that floss makes it extra-SG. 😋
What was on the table (two bowls):
- Spaghetti in tomato sauce — soft spaghetti coated in a tomato-based sauce with chunks of luncheon meat (spam) mixed through and canned button mushrooms sliced for the bite.
- Each bowl topped with a generous mound of golden pork floss (rou song / 肉松) — sweet-savoury, fluffy, the SG/HK family-pantry classic.
- Two thick slices of pan-fried luncheon meat on the side of each bowl — golden-edged, salty-fatty.
Mixed the pork floss into the tomato sauce — that sweet-savoury combo makes every bite a comfort hit. SG-Italian fusion only home cooking can produce.
Total: home cost.
Overall: cosy home brunch, no rating needed. Thanks W. 😍👍🏼
