What was on the table ($21.50++ via Burpple Beyond):
- Smoked salmon eggs benedict — a slice of buttery brioche topped with cured smoked salmon, poached egg with paprika-dusted hollandaise sauce pouring out, served with a side of dressed mixed greens.
- Pulled meat brioche eggs benedict — same brioche base, but with shredded pulled meat under the poached egg, draped in hollandaise, served with a side of sautéed mushrooms with garlic.
Cracked into the poached eggs — the orange yolks broke and merged with the hollandaise into a silky golden coat. The brioche was toasted just right to hold up under the sauces.

Overall: 4.3 / 5. Both plates delivered — hollandaise was buttery and not over-sour, poached eggs were properly runny, brioche was on point. The smoked salmon version edged out for me, BB preferred the pulled meat one. 😍👍🏼
