- 2 spring rolls on the right.
- Crushed peanuts + chilli flakes + sugar condiments on the left.
- Lettuce garnish.
- Tall glass of Thai iced milk tea (back) — the orange-tan colour signature.
Set comes with all the self-add condiments (peanuts + sugar + chilli flakes + sometimes fish sauce + lime) so you tune the noodles to your taste. Proper Thai-restaurant DIY.
Thai iced milk tea (ชาเย็น) = condensed milk over orange-tan ceylon tea + ice. Distinctive sweet creamy chai.
Overall: 4.3 / 5. Phad thai had right tamarind-sour balance, self-add condiments was the Thai standard, spring rolls + Thai milk tea rounded the set. Tanjong Pagar Thai reliable. 😋👍🏼
