What was on the tray ($6.50):
- Red bowl tonkotsu ramen — milky pork broth with whole ajitama egg, naruto fishcake (pink swirl), corn kernels, shredded nori, scallions, yellow noodles.
- Side dish (top) — korokke (Japanese potato croquette) + fried floss fish.
- Small soya sauce ramekin.
Hawker tonkotsu at $6.50 = budget ramen pricing. Most ramen chains charge $15+. Quality reasonable for the price.
Overall: 4.2 / 5. Broth had milky body, whole ajitama was right, naruto + corn + nori covered the classic toppings. Hawker ramen at budget tier. 😋👍🏼
