- Minced pork scattered.
- Sliced fishcake strips + fishballs clustered.
- Braised dark mushroom slices in the centre.
- Beansprouts + lettuce leaf for green.
- Side bowl of clear pork-anchovy soup with chopped scallions.
$4.50 for this loaded BCM = the unicorn pricing. Most BCM stalls now charge $5.50-8 for this kind of topping spread.
Overall: 4.5 / 5. Mushrooms had proper braised depth, fishball + fishcake were generous, minced pork was distributed, side soup was clean. Best BCM value find. 😋👍🏼
