2nd visit to Brawn & Brains Coffee at Guillemard: a cold brew ($8.20) and a cappuccino ($5.50) on a humid afternoon, at this perennially full-house specialty cafe.
2nd visit to Brawn & Brains Coffee at Guillemard Road. 😋
As usual it’s almost full house, same as our first visit, this corner specialty cafe has a steady following for its coffee.

Craving cold drinks on a humid and sunny afternoon, so we ordered a cold brew ($8.20):
Cold brew is steeped slow in cold water for many hours rather than pulled hot, so it comes out smooth and low in acidity, clean and easy to sip on a sticky afternoon.
Cappuccino ($5.50):
A balanced cappuccino, espresso under a layer of steamed milk and foam, the warm option for the table. Between the two, the cold brew was the hero on a day like this.
Would still revisit again for sure!

Overall: 4.2 / 5. 😋👍🏼 Smooth low-acid cold brew on a humid day, and a cafe that stays full house for good reason. Would re-visit.
