A Jim Beam Highball pop-up bar event at Tanjong Pagar Guoco Tower, held for 3 days from 23-25 October 2019, 4-10pm! A highball is simply whisky topped up with soda over ice, light, fizzy and easy-drinking, and the Japanese-style highball has made it a hugely popular casual pour.

Ordered the lychee and the yuzu & shiso highball! Quite a unique taste on first try, the lychee one fragrant and fruity, while the yuzu-shiso paired the tart Japanese citrus with the herby, minty note of shiso leaf for something more grown-up and refreshing.
Booked the coupon via Klook as there was a promo for the night-time drinks: 2 highballs for $12! 👍🏼 Great value for a pop-up bar.
Wouldn’t mind revisiting similar kinds of pop-up bars, a nice live band to chill over with some drinks, plus beer pong and a claw machine made it a fun, relaxed night out.
