First visit to Lobsters & Ice Cream at Tanjong Pagar: a standard lobster roll (Maine-style, $18) and a premium lobster roll (SG chilli crab style, $16), with seafood soup add-on.
First visit to Lobsters & Ice Cream at Tanjong Pagar for brunch. ๐ The eatery (which does, as the name promises, lobster rolls and gelato) was pretty quiet as we arrived early, with some walk-in tourists trickling in thereafter.
The menu:
Seafood soup (add-on $6 with a set meal order), a warming creamy starter:
Standard lobster (full roll: $18), done Maine-style with fries in the set. The Maine-style lobster roll is the classic cold version, chunks of lobster meat tossed in a light mayo dressing and stuffed into a toasted buttery bun, letting the sweetness of the lobster come through:
Premium lobster (half roll: $16), done SG chilli crab style, a fun local twist, the lobster coated in that sweet-savoury, slightly spicy chilli crab sauce:

The dishes were not bad, with the chilli crab version the more interesting of the two, but a tad pricey. Would consider revisiting, perhaps using the Burpple Beyond deal next time!

Overall: 3.9 / 5. ๐๐๐ผ The SG chilli crab lobster roll was the fun standout, though it runs a bit pricey. Would return with a Burpple deal.
