Mid-week craving for wanton mee, and Burpple Beyond made the choice easy. Dropped by Wanton Fu at ARC 380 in Jalan Besar — their 1-for-1 deal is hard to argue with. 😋
Ordered for two:
- Wanton mee with chewy noodles, slices of char siew and plump dumplings, served dry with a tangy chilli sauce on the side. The char siew was tender, not too sweet — proper. Bowls came with a small clear soup too.
- Side of fried meatballs — golden, crispy on the outside, juicy inside. Nice contrast to the noodles.
After Burpple Beyond, the bill was $10.80 for the both of us. Honestly a steal.
Overall: 4.2 / 5. Solid wanton mee, the kind that hits the spot mid-week. The Burpple Beyond pricing made it even sweeter. 😍👍🏼
